1. MBBS (after graduation)

There is no formal campus placement like other fields — instead, MBBS graduates:
- Complete their 1-year compulsory internship (stipend ~15,000–25,000/month).
- Are eligible to apply for postgraduate (PG) entrance exams (NEET-PG, INI-CET, etc.) to pursue MD/MS.
- Many join as Junior Residents in hospitals (both government and private) with starting salaries 60,000–90,000/month.
- Some opt for rural service bonds or government service, where salaries can start around 60,000–80,000/month in Karnataka.

2. Postgraduate (MD/MS)

After MD/MS, doctors generally get offers as Senior Residents or Specialists:
- Salaries start from 90,000 to 1.5 lakh/month depending on specialty and institution.
- BMCRI postgraduates are in demand in both government and private sectors, due to their strong clinical exposure.

3. Super-Specialty (DM/MCh)
